ICE’s SHE Policy is implemented through a series of planned and systematic actions, aimed at achieving the goal of zero accidents.
All managerial levels are in charge of training and implementing preventive actions, as well as the monitoring of the results, using performance indicators.
Any employee has the autonomy to refuse or to stop carrying out tasks that in his view may be considered potentially dangerous to his own physical integrity or to the facilities.
We adopt the principles of the 5S / Housekeeping Program at all our facilities and equipment.
